Nord-Line – outward-opening windows, often referred to as “Scandinavian windows.”
A defining feature of the Nord-Line system, based on profiles with a narrow front area, is the outward-opening design. This feature is typical of Scandinavian construction, where the wind pushes against the sashes, increasing the window’s tightness. Additionally, this outward-opening mechanism saves space inside the room.
The frame width is 120 mm, with a sash width of 70 mm. The mullions and glazing bars have a special decorative shape on the room-facing side.
The system showcases a modern design with subtle angles and curves. The Nord-Line system supports glazing units up to 41 mm thick, and the large cross-sectional reinforcement enhances the window’s overall stability.
The Nord-Line profile system allows for the production of various window configurations commonly used in Scandinavian markets, such as SIDE HUNG, TOP HUNG, SIDE SWING, and TOP SWING.
